One of the best paths to good health is healthful eating. Along with fresh fruits and vegetables, the source of protein is one of the highest concerns. Seek out sources of high-quality protein suitable for versatile preparation methods with low fat content (especially saturated fat). One of the best of these is chicken. Chicken has less fat than beef or pork, and is suited for a wide range of cooking styles. Many chicken recipes include fruits and vegetables, as chicken combines well with these types of flavors. Citrus is especially good, as are peppers, onions, and tomatoes, but a wide variety of fruits and vegetables can complement the flavor of chicken.
If possible, seek a source of organic chicken, or at least chicken that has not been exposed to growth hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides. Free-range chicken from non-sprayed pastures is the best, and chicken that is allowed to grown naturally (free from hormones, and allowed exercise) tends to be very meaty and juicy, with excellent flavor, as well as offering added health benefits.

Great recipe here...yes chicken is very easily digested and that is why it is given to infants who even can not have mothers milk are suggested with this food.
